STEMMING THE SOURCE
I’ve found sailing to be one of the best ways to experience nature, and it is a pursuit that I have devoted my life to. The ever-changing nature of the ocean environment has provided me with constant entertainment. Chartering the shallows was never enough and my horizons exploded when I first left the shore to explore the open ocean. Here was when the seed was planted. The ocean tested me and pushed me out of my comfort zone.
BLUE HEALTH
Studies into ‘blue health’ have looked at how the colour, sound, air, sand and temperature of the ocean effect our mind and bodies. Colour has a bigger impact that you might think on our emotions, so much so, that brands often use particular colours when marketing, in order to target their audience.

NATALIE FOX ON PLASTIC SOLUTION GLOBAL MISSION
Natalie Fox is a surfer, yoga teacher and sustainability masters student and in October she joined eXXpedition. It was a crew of 14 women (out of 10,000 applicants) sailing from Plymouth, UK to Ponta Delgada, Azores with a mission to collect surface water samples and determine how much micro plastic pollution was present.
